Your First Session
During our first session together, we will focus on getting to know each other, exploring what brings you into therapy, discussing what you would like to get out of it, and creating a plan to work together successfully.Session Logistics & Late Policy
•Virtual Platform: All sessions are conducted via a secure telehealth platform. Your unique virtual link will be available directly inside your Grow Therapy profile layout.
•Timing: Sessions begin precisely on the hour.
•Grace Period: There is a strict 15-minute late policy. If you have not arrived within 15 minutes, the clinician will log off and the session will be marked as a no-show.
•Cancellation Fee: A $50 fee is charged for any missed appointments without prior communication.
